Nutrition Tips for Vegetarian Athletes

"If you don’t eat meat, it can take a bit more planning to get adequate protein for muscle building and sports training. Vegetarians must take extra care to avoid deficiencies of iron, zinc, and B12 [vegans especially], which can hurt exercise and strength training performance.
