Weight Loss Tips

Wednesday September 26, 2007
While not every Clydesdale (men weighing over 190 lbs) or Filly (women weighing over 140 lbs) is trying to lose weight, and not every runner who is trying to lose weight is a Clydesdale or Filly, there are many runners out there who are trying to shed some lbs, whether to have better race times or to get the body they desire. It's important to remember that what you do all day counts towards your calories in and out. You are burning calories even when you are not exercising. There are a lot of little things that you can do that will add up to pounds off in the end. Parking far away at the stores, chewing gum, fidgetting, walking the dog, playing with your kids, taking an after dinner walk. There are endless ways to burn a few more calories a day, besides eating less or running more.
