Prevent Running Injuries

Maybe you've just starting a new running regimen (New Year's resolution, perhaps?) and you're eager to dive right into your training. Make sure you don't fall prey to one of the easiest and most common ways runners get injured: Doing too much too soon. It's much safer to ease into your training, and increase your mileage by no more than 5% each week. Get more tips on how to play it safe and prevent running injuries.
