Pain in the Knee
Sunday January 20, 2008
This weekend I spoke to a few runners who are having knee problems. It's so common for runners, especially beginners, to have knee pain. But, in many cases, the problems can be remedied or easily prevented in the first place. Wearing the right running shoes and replacing your shoes at the right time (every 300-400 miles) can help you avoid knee issues.
