Why Do YOU Run?
Tuesday March 18, 2008
I run for many reasons: to relieve stress, to stay healthy, to burn calories, and to have fun, just to name a few. Running energizes me and helps me clear my head. The days when I don't run I feel like something is definitely missing.
We have a great discussion going on in our forum (newly redesigned, by the way) about why people run. Share your reasons and inspirations for why you run in the discussion or post them right here.

I am a martial artist, and I started running to improve my cardiorespiratory endurance. Along the way, I realized that in addittion to that benefit, I also had more energy, my performance in tae kwon do improved, and overall I felt better. I intend to keep running as long as I can.
