Tips for Your Long Training RunsIf you're training for a Spring marathon, you're probably getting into some high-mileage runs right about now. I honestly believe that the really long training runs can be more difficult than the marathon itself. You don't have the benefit of a tapering period leading up to the run, and without the cheering crowds and a finish line to motivate you, it can be a grueling mental challenge. To help make your runs easier and more comfortable, try some of these tips.
