Foam Roller Exercises for Tight Muscles

Sunday June 29, 2008
Looking for the benefits of a sports massage, without the hefty price tag? Many runners swear by foam rollers, which are cylindrical foam pieces. foam rollers are great after runs, great for ITB pain. They are a little tricky to get used to, requires some coordination, so be patient.
