How to Water Jog

Whether you're recovering from an injury, you want to beat the heat, or you just want to add a new element to your running routine, water jogging is a great alternative to outdoor or treadmill running. With water jogging, you "run" while suspended in water, so you use the same muscles as running, but without the impact and wear and tear on your body. Here's how to get started with water jogging.
