Running and Weight Loss: Tip of the Week

Hoping to use running as a weight loss tool? Follow this tip to improve your chance of success.

Run More Frequently: If you want to lose weight, you're not going to get it off by running once a week. To increase your weight loss success, it's best to work some activity into every day. If that's not possible, try to shoot for exercising at least 3-4 times per week.

If you find that your motivation to run is suffering, follow these motivation tips to get inspired and get ideas of fitting running into your busy schedule.

Running is such a good means of losing weight i don’t know why you wouldn’t want to do it more often – especially once you get hooked.

Personally, i’m a big fan of interval training and hundreds of studies have shown its effectiveness for not only burning fat but for dramatically improving your endurance, speed, and overall aerobic capacity.
