How to Deal With Crowds at Races

Tuesday September 30, 2008
My sister was telling me about the incredible crowds at a charity 5K run/walk she did recently in New York's Central Park. The race course was so packed, it took her and her husband 30 minutes just to reach the starting line and almost two hours to complete the event.
