I am most motivated to run during weekdays when I came home from the office. It’s the feeling of dying that pushes me out of the door.

Sitting in front of the computer the whole day is going to shorten my life if I don’t run to counter that bad influence.

I promised myself that I will continue to run until I can’t stand. When I can run I know I am in control of my destiny. A destiny that when I am getting old, I will still be independent.
