(1) CellBand.com says:

Jogging in the dark is very dangerous! Jogger and runners are killed, mugged and raped each year in broad day-light! So, jogging at night is prime time for crime. But you can take some precautions to protect yourself and ward off an attack.

First, run in the opposite direction if an attacker comes at you. Second, if you have purchased a “Cellband” at www.cellband.com you will be able to use your personal alarm, mace, ink pen, letter opener, or try to make a phone call. With one Cellband (a wrist sweatband that has been converted to hold cell phones and small devices) you can carry your phone and a ink pen or letter opener to poke and stab. You can view the video of “The Cellband” and how it works at www.cellband.com or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZNP7XHIltk Be safe.
