‘Falling temperatures and fewer daylight hours?’
Not where I live, where we are experiencing the opposite. Summer is here at last in sunny Cape town.

As living in central-west Europe (Netherlands) my biggest problem is a lot of rain & mild temperatures in winter. When I choose a wind & water tight jacket, my body temperature is often getting too high. Changing it for something less waterproof means I am getting wet! Layers won’t work here. Any ideas?

Living in Western Montana, and especially where I do the winters can be very mild or very cold with chilling wind. During thoses times when the wind is blowing, I like to use a neck warmer…Not necessarily for ny nect, but to tuck into my running tights to cover my belly. I find if I can keep my belly warm, I ward off the chills.
