Protect Yourself from Germs at the Gym

Wednesday November 12, 2008
At my gym the other day, I was using an elliptical trainer near the door and I was impressed with how many gym members took a pump of hand sanitizer and rubbed it on their hands on their way out. I'm grateful that my gym keeps hand sanitizer, as well as paper towels and a cleaner spray bottle, in various spots throughout the gym. It's one small thing I can do to try to stay healthy this winter.
