Winter Running Tip: Warm Up Your Clothes

Monday December 22, 2008
The temperature here in northern New Jersey was 25 degrees F today -- not exactly perfect running weather. If you need a little extra push to get yourself put the door on days like that, try this tip: Throw your running clothes in the dryer for a few minutes before you head out the door into the blustery weather. You'll feel warm and cozy when you start your run. And by the time the warmth from the dryer fades, you'll already be a mile into your run.
