(1) Janice Melton says:

I have a large family and we try to do things together. When I got the house a treadmill for Christmas many groans were heard because of the exercise factor but after I had my grandparents and parents read some useful info. on how treadmills can benefit anyone on http://www.onlinehealthmart.net I got the whole family to try the treadmill and get some exercise after we all chowed down over Christmas. People are open to change if you just introduce it to them the right way. All my Best. J.M.
