Monday Motivation Tip: Run Hills

Hill running may not sound like the best way to get motivated to run, but you may be surprised at how much a few inclines can spice up your runs. Plan a running route that has at least one hill in it and, when you come to it, run up and down it a few times before moving on. And if the high temperatures or rainy weather is keeping you indoors, try this hill treadmill workout.

I don’t know about other people. I definitely hate hills. It slows me down considerably and makes me miserable. There is absolutely no fun running up hill when you are on your last legs.
