The Bottom Line
Overall I had to give the StrideLite Strobe-Lite Safety Running Belt only 2 stars because, even though it does a great job of making running safer, I probably wouldn't use it very often because of these two "cons".

- Not Comfortable
- Couldn't Wear With Any Of My Hydration Systems

Guide Review - Strobe-Lite Running Belt
Comfort
My main problem with the StrideLite Strobe-Lite Safety Running Belt was that I either had to wear it uncomfortably tight around my waist or it would bounce up and down annoyingly. However, it is made so that it doesn't snag or pill your technical fabrics, which is a very nice feature. That feature is especially nice since I don't think the running belt would be comfortable against bare skin either.Safety
I certainly felt safer when running after dark in this belt. I knew that I could be seen from 1/4 mile away (because we checked), which made me feel much more comfortable running on the side of the road. I also found that this running belt's light could be seen even when it was raining at night which is especially nice. The whole belt is waterproof, so it is ideal for taking with you in the rain.It also doesn't matter which way you are facing, so whether you are crossing the street or running on it, a car approaching on any side can see you. Of course, this goes for bikes too. You don't have to be running in car traffic to make use of this product; if you are on a hike 'n bike trail, this running belt helps bikes know where you are and where you are going.
