The great thing about this CD is its flexibility. It has something for just about everybody. Just listen to the tracks until you find the right tool for you. You may even be lucky enough to find several new tools for your running routine.
When I got this CD, I thought that it would just be a CD to listen to as I ran, with motivational music (think: Rocky Theme Music) and occasional motivational sayings (think: You Can Do It, Keep Up The Pace). Boy, was I wrong!! It is more like a workbook for motivation. It gives you ideas and resources for when those low motivational moments come along. It has suggestions for when you just don't want to get out of bed to run, when you think you are too tired/busy in the evening to run, and when you just need that extra push during a run. In addition to that, it also has stories of other runners to remind you why your doing this and what you can acheive.
All in all, it is a great tool for anyone, but I especially recommend it to marathoners who need that extra push sometimes or anyone who feels they are in a rut with their running routine. Also, beginner runners (people just getting started) can find a lot of motivation in this CD if they find they need some motivation to get started or keep going. Another great Jeff Galloway product!
