Guide Review - Yoga For Endurance Athletes DVD Review
The routine is probably the best one I've ever seen in its usefulness to runner (and triathletes). Doing this 20 minute routine several times a week would definitely decrease your likelihood of being hurt during running and would also allow you to get more out of your running routine. The makers suggest that you use this routine a minimum of three times a week to see results.
If you are willing to pay the price for the DVD, have some yoga experience (even just a little), and are willing to continue trying until you are flexible enough to be able to complete the routine, Yoga For Endurance Athletes is a good choice for you. But if you are looking for an easy or beginning yoga or stretching routine, I suggest you look somewhere else.
