Guide Review - AquaJogger Active
The AquaJogger Active definitely came to my rescue this summer. The Texas heat is always too much for me to handle, since I usually run in the afternoons. By replacing two of my regular runs a week with water jogging (using the Aqua Jogger), I'm able to keep in running shape without overdoing myself.
The AquaJogger Active comes with a video and workout guide, which explain how to use the product correctly, how to use it to water jog, and also how to use it as crosstraining. You can work your running muscles by simulating running or use your non-running muscles by doing some of their suggested alternative exercises (including "cross-country skiing" and "rock climbing").
All in all, whether you plan to crosstrain or simulate running, this product is very useful and can be a lot of fun.
