Should I Run Even Though I'm Sick?

Do you have a fever?

If yes, then you should not run! It's kind of a common sense thing here; if your body is working hard to rid itself of your sickness, you shouldn't stress your body more by asking it to divert energy to running. Let your body heal itself. Don't run with a fever.

If no, then continue on to question 3.
