Question 7

Finally, has your doctor advised you not to run?

If yes, I strongly suggest you listen to him/her.

If no(and you answered all the questions truthfully, not getting any answer saying you should not run, then you are cleared to TRY running! If you feel sicker when running, or get dizzy, nauseous, etc., stop immediately, sit down (rest), and then walk. No matter what, remember that when you are sick you should not push yourself like you normally do. It is wise to not even have a goal (distance or time); just do what feels right and try to err on the side of too little.
