Guide Review - Fluid Carrier: - Amphipod Run Lite Belt
The Amphipod RunLite 4 carries 20% more fluid than other standard four-bottle belts, making it a great option for endurance runners. The 43mm wide-mouth, quick-fill bottles are 100% leak-free and have a high-flow spout. One feature I really liked is that the bottles can be placed either vertically or horizontally, depending on which position you find more comfortable and versatile.

The belt also comes with an AirFlow Small Rapid Access Pouch for bounce-free storage. You can fit several gels, as well as cash and ID.

One really nice feature about the Amphipod system is that you can add or remove fluid modules, gel modules or storage at any time, making it a very versatile belt. You can customize your fluid and fuel levels for every run.

The only downside I found with this belt is that it wasn't always easy to remove the bottles from their holsters. I found that I sometimes needed two hands to do it, but it probably just takes a bit of practice to master it.
