Tips for Starting to Run

I've got 5 important tips for every beginner runner. Here they are:
  1. Be sure and drink plenty of water throughout the day everyday.
  2. Don't be afraid to walk, but do try to run.
  3. Don't worry about how you look, or what people think, or if you get passed. Just do what you have to do and the confidence and speed will come with time.
  4. Don't get discouraged. It just takes time for your body to acclimate to a new task; this is especially true if you haven't been active for several years.
  5. Believe in yourself!
