The Olympic Triathlon consists of three events, all done continuously, one after another. Learn how to participate in the three disciplines of the competition.

Swimming: The swim leg of the Olympic triathlon is a 1.5 kilometer swim, which can be done using any stroke.

Cycling: The swim leg is followed by a 40 kilometer bike ride.

Running: The bike leg is followed by the final leg, a 10 kilometer run.
