This guava salad is easy, delicious, and nutritious.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Guava
- 1 Banana
- 1 Orange
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
PREPARATION:
- Peel orange and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Slice banana into bite-size chunks.
- Cut guava in half and scoop out pulp.
- Put these three fruits in a bowl together.
- Pour lemon juice over them as evenly as possible.
- Toss salad.
- Drizzle honey over salad before serving.
- Also good after being refrigerated for an hour or so.
