Guide Review - Avia Atlas
The Avia Atlas has a more flexible forefront than most stability shoes, which should provide more comfort and a better run. But it does have a high heel profile which may be uncomfortable for some heel- and midfoot- strikers.
The ECS Cantilever system provides excellent cushioning and puts Avia's stability shoes on the same level as all of the well-known shoe producers. Unfortunately it is still hard to find this series in off-line running stores, making getting the right fit much harder.
