The Mizuno Alchemy has moderate motion control and maximum support. It is also well-cushioned. This is a good shoe for the small- to medium-sized runner. When you buy these running shoes, buy a half size bigger than your street shoe size.

The Brooks Ariel is a great running shoe for excessive overpronation. They have excellent arch support and are durable. When you buy these running shoes, they fit true to size, so buy the same size as your street shoes.
