Certain scents have been proven as appetite suppressants. By sniffing these scents you'll decrease your appetite. So you could keep a banana on your desk to sniff, or burn green apple, banana, or peppermint candles to keep the cravings away. Remember, you still need to eat. A high calorie deficit will harm your weight loss attempts more than help them, so don't use this tip to keep from eating, just to keep from snacking when you shouldn't.
