Calcium's relationship to weight loss has been researched by many companies lately. The findings seem to agree that 3 cups of nonfat (or lowfat, 2%) milk is the best way to get the 1000 - 1300 milligrams of calcium per day that will help boost weight loss. Research has shown that supplements are the least effective way to see weight loss from calcium intake.
