Question: When Should I Replace My Sports Bra?
Answer: Running in a sports bra that's worn-out or the wrong size can lead to problems such as back, shoulder, or neck pain. You also might feel a little self-conscious running in public in an unsupportive sports bra. Follow these sports bra buying tips to make sure you're buying the right sports bra.

Once you find a perfect sports bra for running, you should replace it after about 72 washes, when the elasticity is lost, or if your weight changes significantly. You can air-dry bras to prolong the life of the moisture-wicking fabrics.
