Guide Review - Teko Evolution Running Socks

In my 25+ years of running, I've been lucky that I haven't had too many running injuries. But I always get annoying foot blisters when I'm training for marathons. So I was excited to try teko Evolution running socks, which promised to prevent blisters and chafing. I did several long runs in them and was extremely happy with the fit and comfort of the socks. The merino wool wicks away moisture, so my feet stayed dry and blister-free.

In addition to the anti-blister benefits, the socks have some other great features. They're specifically designed for women, so the heel and tapered toe is a better fit for a woman's narrow foot. Another great feature is the tab on the back of the sock. I have several pairs of other "no-show" running socks that are impossible to pull up if they move while I'm running. The tab makes it easy to readjust the socks, if necessary.

The one downside of these running socks is that they're not cheap. But they're very high quality and worth spending the extra money, especially if you run high mileage and have had foot blisters and chafing problems in the past.
