It's always fun (and a good distraction) to sing along the music as you're running. You probably know the words to many of these top 40 pop songs.

1. No One - Alicia Keys

I love Alicia Keys' beautiful, soothing voice. This song, from her album "As I Am," is perfect for a warm-up or cool down.

2. Crazy in Love - Beyoncé and Jay-Z

This is one of those songs that I can't get out of my head for a long time after I've heard it. Fortunately, I do like the song, so I don't mind hearing it over and over again. (From Beyoncé's album "Dangerously in Love.")

3. Thnks fr th Mmrs - Fall Out Boy

You may not think you'd be into this teen favorite from Fall Out Boy, but it's catchy and full of energy.

4. SexyBack - Justin Timberlake

I'm not a huge Justin Timberlake fan, but I know a lot of people who include this song -- from his "Future Sex / Love Sounds" album -- on their running playlists.

5. Stronger - Kanye West

One of the opening lines from this song, "...that don't kill me can only make me stronger...", is a perfect mantra to hear when you're struggling during a tough run. (From Kayne's album, "Graduation.")

6. Girlfriend - Avril Lavigne

This song, from the defiant rock singer's "The Best Damn Thing" album, is full of energy and pep -- perfect for those moments during a run when you need a boost.
