It's always fun (and a good distraction) to sing along with your running music. You probably know the words to many of these top 40 pop songs that are great for running.

I love Alicia Keys' beautiful, soothing voice. This song, from her album "As I Am," is perfect for a warm-up or cool down.

This is one of those songs that I can't get out of my head for a long time after I've heard it. Fortunately, I do like the song, so I don't mind hearing it over and over again. (From Beyoncé's album "Dangerously in Love.")
