This technical hat is specifically designed for runners. It's made of a breathable mesh fabric, so it's lightweight and comfortable, but also keeps the sun off your head during runs. And the internal cloth headband prevents the sweat from running into your eyes.

Protecting your eyes from the sun is important all year long, but especially in the summer. Many runners swear by Oakley's top-seller Half Jacket sunglasses.
