fuel belt sprint palm holder
- For short runs, I love using Fuel Belt's sprint palm holder. It only holds 10 ounces of fluid, but it is so lightweight and easy to hold. I actually have two of them, so I'll even carry one in each hand for longer runs. I really would prefer to do that rather than holding one big bottle.

fuel belt
- I have a Fuel Belt Helium (with four bottles) that I use for my long runs. I find it very comfortable and I like that it has the pouch that I can use to carry my gels, money, and other things I might need during runs.

amphipod handheld
- I don't like to run with a water bottle or belt, but when I'm forced to (long runs w/o water access), I like Amphipod's handheld. It's very easy to hold and has an adjustable strap so you don't have to tightly grip onto it. My hand doesn't get tired when holding it.
